Called I said hello and they stayed on the line for about 10 seconds said hello agin and they just hung up

beeped when i answered then a recording about 10 seconds later said "goodbye"

Have received 2 calls from this number, first call they were quiet then hung up, second call line was open and finally heard voice saying goodbye.

Answered the.call n they hung up.
