The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ) 559-708-4953 , called  us @ 10:48, 10/11/2014. When I returned the call. The message told me. " Sorry , you can't complete the call now, please hung up & try later."
I have received "  please hung up & try later. "any times. It used 559-223-0845,558-560-0006  ( twice ) to call us before.
