Who called from 5593282375

Received call from Ryan Anderson that I needed to call him back or get an attorney.  Called said I owed back taxes and would have detective coming to my house in a half hour to arrest me.  Sorry I'm going out, won't be here.  Don't owe back taxes.  Pass word so others don't get scammed.

These people called my home phone twice and knew me by name. They said they were from the dept of legal affairs and that I owed taxes for the year 2010. They also stated that a warrant for my arrest had been issued. I asked them how am I to know this is not a fraudulant business and they said that they could send the police to my house right now and have me arrested. I told them that I wanted them to call the police on me and that I wanted to be arrested to which they said "ya right" I said goodbye and hung up the phone. The police never came and I had my taxes checked for 2010 and everything was in order. Knowing that they attempted to scam me I called them back and said I was going to report them to the IRS. the man on the line said to me(and I still cant believe it) . I know were you live and I'm going to come over and kill you and give your wife a nice suprise, my big hard D*** Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can be done about this? [email protected]

I just recieveda message too from a ryan anderson from dept of legal affairs. He said for me there was action taking against my name and me or my attorney needed to contact them. When i called back and asked for this person they asked me what number was i calling from because i used a different phone to call them. Told me i owed the irs money and the police was coming to my house. I knew i didnt owe the irs so i gave them my butt to kiss and hung up. I immediately went online anddid a google search and find out im not the only one who these people are trying to scam

I have received 4 calls from them today.  I called back (foolish) to have the person tell me he either needed to clear up this mess or the police would soon arrive at my place of employment to arrest me for back taxes.  I told him I was conducting an internet search while I was talking to him and I realized this was a scam.  That didn't phase him, he continued on with his speech until I hung up.  I have received two more calls since then.
I did call the IRS to report this.  If you have received a call like this please call the Treasury Inspector General's office at 1-800-366-4484.  People like this need to be punished.

I received a call from "Russell Reed" about a month ago and when I told him I didn't owe back taxes, he got rude and threatened to have the police at my door to arrest me. Today, I received a voicemail from a lady that speaks terrible English, and she said she needed to know if I would be taking care of this or if my lawyer would be doing it. I called the number back and a man answered the phone. I told him I didn't owe anyone money, and he said he has a non-bailable warrant for my arrest and the police would be at my place within the hour to arrest me. I told him I would be here waiting. After I thought about it for a minute, I called back and the same "Russell Reed" picked up the phone and said, "Yes Ms. Johnson?" I asked his name and he gave it to me, again. He also gave me a "badge" number of 11738. He seemed irritated that I was asking, so when I was done, I told him I was reporting him to the IRS and I needed HIS information. He hung up on me, lol!
