Called, didn't leave VM...Received similar call a while back from similar number 559-425-8878... Sound related...

Called back, and only thing that answers is recording "PRESS 9 TO BE REMOVED FROM OUT CALLBACK LIST"

Caller ID read "URG" and the call was another robocall from fake Google scammers. Block or ignore this number.

Google Voice says "missed call" which means hang up on challenge. Will block.

We just got a landline turned on after moving to Coeur D'Alene ID and sure enough the spammers are already on it.   This was the first number to call.   No one on the line, no message.
