we get calls from the same number, but they dont ever say any thing just listen. how annoying at 9pm

Just got a call from this number AGAIN. I just got my kids to sleep to have one wake up because of the phone, AGAIN.  I didnt want your paper on Monday.  I really didnt want it Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, but today I have decided that I never want to see it again......
