This is the fourth time they have called me, and I recorded the call, as well as two prior calls. I have since filed a complaint with the FTC. I would suggest everyone do the same, because this company is a major offender when it comes to unwanted telemarketing calls. Their paper sucks, too. When I was a subscriber, they billed me but rarely delivered my paper. I will never do business with them again.
People, please file a complaint with the FTC at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. There are too many of these unwanted, harassing calls from these newspapers owned by Hearst. They need to be whacked with some fines. You CAN complain even if you have done business with them, as long as you have told them NOT to call you again.
