Got a call while I was oyt chasing women. Called the number backand got an arab or someone who talked funny and he wanted to sell me some cialis. Was not lifelock.
cIALIS PROMOTHIN. A foreign telemarketer with an Idia accent said that his company is the "United StatesPharmacy" and that they were runni9ng a special on Cialis... I ask how for a manager, he said that he IS the manager, I asked how I get my number removed from his call list and that I dont want anymore calls from his company. He then hung up on me.. [***]!!!!.
As I've posted somewhere else on this website, "Heaven only knows how many scams, etc. that I have avoided just by reading the various articles." The posts by people who have actually answered these calls and lived to regret it (in one way or the other) give me information on specific numbers. The articles and links have helped me see the bigger picture.
Years ago I bought a very effective Anti-virus package which PROTECTS my computer (and me).
800notes is a VERY EFFECTIVE malware program for my phone and it's FREE. I am a smarter consumer because of the education I received here. Don't allow yourself to become discouraged just because some of us posters seem to be a little dense. Some posters want to have their hands held and want this website to fix the problems they encounter. It's our (the visitors) job to read the information and then, act on it.

Yes, I agree with your comment. However, don't forget that the "blocking" feature is an effective tool that you have at your fingertips. Have you ever considered just how much frustration that YOU are causing the scammers by blocking specific phone numbers? If you read the articles and the information on specific numbers and scammer groups, you will Always be one step (or more) ahead of these pests. Try thinking of the situation as a game where You use what you learn here at 800notes to frustrate the pests who call you. Drive them nuts by knowing your rights and/or by not answering unfamiliar numbers.
