Just got a call from this #. Didn't recognize it so cancelled the call by pressing hang-up button on cell. Do Not Call Registry has never worked and, even if it does, I'd bet they are swamped with a billion complaints. I have call blocking but it is limited to 30 numbers. Verizon also offers blocking for 20 numbers for $5.00 per month. Talk about blood suckers. I read an earlier post about some call blocking apps which I am going to check out further.
Just got a call from this number; didn't answer, no message was left. I blocked the number (which will keep them from annoying me until they switch to spoofing a different number).
Got this scam call today and told the caller that I was praying they and everyone in their telescam operation would catch ebola and die a wretched death, and the maggots would consume their last trace of flesh so the earth is not stained with their evilness. When they get to my gate, I'll have their names and I already know how they commited fraud against so many people - - so I have an express elevator to take them straight down to where they belong for eternity. Hey phone scammers, you're all going straight to he!!.
More then likely this is a robotic dialer. once it detects that the line has been answered, your number then becomes a target. my advise, screen your calls and don't answer to any numbers you don't recognize.

White pages.com shows the number (559) 512-6424 as Skype VoIP in Fresno, CA with Moderate spam activity suspected.
A person claiming to be MIcrosoft with an HEAVY INDIA ACCENT tells lies that my computer is telling them I have a problem they can fix over the phone and Internet. DO NOT FALL for this lie this is a SCAM. The first thing is that MIcrosoft does not call customers at home unless you have personally called the company. The Second thing is they do not monitor your computer at Microsoft and then call you if their is a problem. I have been in and around computer repair for years.
