After I answered, sounded like someone was going to come online. I heard background noises like they were in a call center, but after 2 seconds of no one responding I hung up. Perhaps these people are only targeting people who sound elderly or naive which is why they hang up on some people they call.
I'm surprised there aren't more complaints about this number. They have been calling us every day for months, usually early in the morning. We have never answered and they are blocked. Our blocker allows one ring so it shows on caller ID so we do know they keep trying. If any of these callers drive you nuts with repeated calls, block them. It's actually satisfying to get the one-ringer and know we have succeeded in blocking them, but you do have to wonder if they will ever give up. Of course, it's no doubt robo called, but still...
This number calls me everyday and I even added it to my block list yet still I get phone calls. I stopped answering a long time ago but they keep calling. When I call back there is a busy signal. This is ridiculous and they need to stop whoever it is. It's seriously getting annoying!
Whoever they are its annoying, never respond, they call several times a day, whistle into phone and they still called, enough I just blocked this #.. .abusive is not the right word
Why did you answer the call? That's a good way to get on a list so they, or someone they sell your number to, can call you, because they know you are a person that will answer your phone. Anyone that replying to this website that says, "I answered the phone, and...." is just asking to get on one or more of these lists!
