Had a voicemail from this number 48 seconds long. I thought there was something wrong with my sound but you could barely barely hear what sounded like rain or static in the background for 47 seconds and the last second somebody with an American accent came on and said hello loudly and then hung up. In the past, telemarketers would dial 10 numbers at a time and when one of them picked up an agent would pick up the line and there would be a delay and then a click you could hear. This reminds me of a large number of calls being sent out and going into a queue and when an agent is not busy they pick up the number in the queue.
I just got a call about a week ago from this number. They claimed to be with Delta and had an invitation to some grand opening in Sacramento. I could tell something was off when I told them I don't live in that area any more. They asked where I lived and I didn't give them a direct answer. They ended up hanging up on me after that.
