this number called twice today - ignored them

This number called me just now and ask for me by full name. Its my cell number so I know who has it and know one calls me by my full name that his my cell number. So I said "Sorry you have the wrong number" they said sorry and hung up! I call the number right back and the number is not a working number!!

This number called me, when I answered a recording said  "good bye". When I called it back it said this is not a working number.
