received a call from this number saying they have tried numerous times to reach me about lowering the interest rate on my credit card and this would be my last courtesy call, the offer of which was about to expire. I could press 1 to speak to someone in member services or 2 and my special offer to lower my interest rate would expire. No name of what company or person was calling was given. This has nothing whatever to do with my credit card-which is through my bank - or my husband's credit card - which always sends their offers in writing. This must be a scam to get account numbers.
