Just called - another scammer

CID=v230222531002...really?   That's your name?  And I have a block for unidentified callers, so how does this get through?
Whoever v23etc. is called and hung up on my machine.  Smells like another scam (this one from 559 area code which covers many prison facilities).

Called me on Xmas Eve, however left no message. Probably is a scammer!

This number called 1/3/14 in the evening. They wouldn't answer and I eventually hung up.

got a call this evening from 559-892-1908. ID read "Private Caller".  Just let it go the voicemail, but of course...no message because they're scamming [***]!!!
