We never answer unknown calls - EVER!  We BLOCK them.
In this case, we have had the entire 561 area code blocked for at least a year. Our phones do not ring - not even once - when a blocked call comes in.
Please purchase a blocking device that can block area codes or a blocking phone that can block full telephone numbers.
