Had to take several calls from this marketing company before I found out that it was a financial company wanting to "help" (annoy) small businesses. As a receptionist, I did not appreciate all of the calls. Without knowing who the person is, the nature of their call, and if it is related to one or our files, I do not transfer calls to the boss. I found out they were a financial company online.
