Just answered this call; CID said "Survey".  Thought it might be political call and was curious.  However, same old routine recording about lowering my credit card interest rate.  Hung up immediately and blocked the number.  I keep blocking - they keep changing their numbers and CID description.

Left no message on my answering machine.  Caller ID displayed: Norwalk, CA

Received call this afternoon...spoke of lower interest rate...SCAM !!!!!!!
