I received a call from this number threatening me that if I did not return the call or hear from my attorney I would be sorry. The call showed up as the Toledo police dept the voice sounded mid eastern and he identified himself as Officer John Proctor but his language was so broken I may not have last name correct. I was very upset at hearing this message. I live in Missouri. And have no legal matters against me
