This company has contacted me a few times. They keep threatening me to take me to court and sue me. I have nothing to give I am beyond broke. How is this legal for these people to do this to anyone. I did volunteer to pay what I can when I can but that wasnt good enough for them.
Well the called and said I owed on an Mt bank account from 2009. Lander is the ladies name and Something macenzie ...they call and tell me they are filling a lawsuit against me..if i dont pay 155 dollars a month. I agreed to 25 a month because im very low income and they said no i only take credit cards no money orders and i cant pay online...what should i do
NOT WITHOUT A COURT ORDER If they have no proof then they aren't getting a court order. If you haven't received a letter to verify the debt I wouldn't worry about it
