Second call from ACC regarding a supposed debt of my grown son. Says my number was listed as a contact. Caller rude and argumentative. First call he made demeaning remarks about my son who is mentally challenged. Second call asked if I would pay of his debt or have him call ACC. Threatens lawsuit and garnishee of my sons disability income since he has no assets.
I received a call for a $129 bill that they calimed I own from a Doctor I visited 6 years ago, and paid cash due to not having insurance. The caller was rude, did not give a name and said it is on my credit report. I said that it is not valid and to prove it is owed. He said it is on my crdit report again and hung up. I called the company and talked to a manager Kim. She was very nice and stated that there are alot of her collections from "Lab Corp" that stated that they never received a bill. I feel Lab Corp may be cauing these fraud issues and selling fake bills to collectors. She also stated that it will have to remain on my credit report because it was sold to them as a bad debt needing to be collected. I will contact the credit reporting agency to dispute. The number I was calle from was 570-207-3385. This system is not fair and needs to be fixed so innocent people are not hurt on their credit report!

I am probably getting calls that are not for me. they are for the previous owner of my number, since I don;t have unpaid bills. But they should figure it out by now.... I get a call a day, or so.
