These types of calls usually come to my phone on Thursday. I guess the expectation is to get me to press a button, or when they call back from another "business", (fraudulent collections), I am supposed to say "oh, I get paid tomorrow. There's always the magic 8 ball, or the ouija board. Well I guess you'll just have to look into call blocking because there's nothing we can do, seeing how we don't do that.

They said they would send me a $100 prepaid card, but I had to pay a $4.95 "shipping fee." I told them to deduct that from the card and send me $95, but they said they were unable to do that; I had to use a card to pay the fee. Needless to say, I did not.
When they run this scam in Nigeria, the amount is in the millions of dollars, and you have to pay them thousands; this is simply a smaller scale version of the same thing. They also violated the Do Not Call law, and I will report them to the FTC for that. I may also report them to law enforcement.
