I keep getting phone calls from this number: 570-245-6940. I have caller ID and Name Unknown is shown in the display window. They never leave a message, just hang up. I don't answer my phone anymore to "Name Unknown" numbers because of ALL the scams that are going on. If they can't leave a message then it it NOT IMPORTANT. These people must not have anything better to do with their time. Very annoying. Our government has allowed these people to invade our privacy. They should all be arrested.
