Left no message, coming up as a Scranton, Pa. area

I called this number back and when answered, after being asked to wait for the next available operator, I was greeted by a lady stating her name and thanking me for calling Pennsylvania Gas and Water. When I asked why they had called my number, she simply hung up.

Same as above, calls every couple hours! When i call back i get put on hold. my service is by the minute so i cant hold.

SAME THING - THEY CALL ME SAYING THEY ARE MY GAS COMPANY AND WANT TO CONFIRM INFO ABOUT ME. WHEN I ASK A QUESTION, THEY HANG UP. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE POLICE.
