I had received several msgs from this firm(David Weisburg) and was reluctant to call back. I know what these calls are about. I finally gave them a call and spoke to a few people there. They help me resolve my debt it seems they just represent collection agency. They put me on a fair payment arrangement with no interest. I have had nothing but a good experience since i made the call. Call them you may be surprised.

it is a collection agency for a debt you owe and by law if you do not want them to call you can send that company a registered letter it can be written out by hand or typed stating you do not wish for calls from them or what ever your reason is but each state you are from has different laws with pushy debt collectors if they get a judgement or want a court apearence by law they have to serve you in person by a constable or a shief of the state you live in but if they are saying vulagure words over the phone that can be said in the letter of decease and hold. there is laws against pushy debt collectors.

i checked on this company because i am getting calls to it is nothing to get you bent out of shape about if you owe the irs money they do not use a law firm to collect they call out right or send you letters for a audit but if it is a company that sent it in for the [***] and giggles of it liek a old medical bill or a utility bill all they can do is try to collect they can not press you into doing anything you don't want to they want tos care you into doing what they want and that can be reported as well as sending them a registered letter there is a goverment website that control collectors pratices and policies in each state. a Cease and Desist  letter is the way to go.

This number calls me 7 days a week!! Yes even on Sundays!! When I called them and told them they call me every day including Sundays they got EXTREMELY rude with me and told me they dont call everyday then hung up on me!! Little do they know the time/day stamps on your answering machines work wonderful when you need proof of that!!!!

i get calls from them all the time. i called them back once and told them that i filled for bankruptcy which i did and the calls stopped for a little while now they have started again. i wish they would leave me alone. id pay if i had the money
