I received a call from 570-852-0114 on January 10, 2017 at 10:37 am. The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. My caller ID said, "Mahogany Shack," whatever that is. Don't legitimate business callers leave a message? I would think so. On another website someone claimed these callers are offering to lower your credit card debt. I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.
Got a call about lowering my interest rate, got directed to a person, I asked to be taken off the call list, made me wait on the line for 30 seconds for it to "register taking me off the list", I said good bye and I heard the people saying inappropriate things in the back ground because they thought I hung up already.
