Who called from 5708678734

Called my phone at 6:00am on a Saturday morning. Answered and no one was there.  Called the number back and recording said "enter your number now if you would like to be added to our do not all list".  I have no idea who this was, but am not happy about being woken up from a dead sleep.  I thought something was wrong with a family member getting a call that early in the morning.

Did not answer. No voicemail left

Received call, did not answer.  No message left.  Do not know anyone in Pennsylvania.

I didn't listen to the whole thing. It was a recorded msg that started with "HELLO!! This is Heather with account services calling about your credit account. There isnt a problem now but, . . . ."

Called and since I did not know the number I did not  answer.  They left no message
