Put an item on craigslist and this number called my cell. It comes across as  Pennsylvania. Upon some research, its for a company called United Car Exch... People like this do not leave messages. I never answer a number I don't know either. How are we suppose to try to sell things without other people thinking they can call us and( for a fee) think that we need their help selling our stuff on a site that sells itself.
