Who called from 5709833182

I too received  3 calls from this number they left no message

They bin calling now for 2 days,When answer no voice or when answer machine answers they hang up 4 times on 6/2 and now 2 on 6/3

Call 4 times a day when I am not home and never leaves a message so I will not call back.

I have received five calls in two days.  When I was finally able to answer the call I received a pre-recorded message that PPL was offering a lower rate and to press "0" to be connected to an operator. I have had PPL for 30 years and they have never contacted me.  Call seems fishy.  I am going to contact them directly.

Averaging 2 calls a day. I don't even live in PA anymore (since 2008).
