Keeps calling but they don't leave any voicemails. I don't even live in Pennsylvania anymore. A bit strange...

This number started calling me again yesterday.  No answer when I picked up the phone.

Have called my cell phone even though the account is not in my name.  Creeps trying to make a dishonest buck,

Getting up to 4 calls day from 570-983-3182, up to 7:45 nite, will not stop, automated no person to talk to, how do i make them quit.

am getting up to 4 calls day, 7 days wk, up to 7:45 nite, no answer, automated, very annoying, wish they would stop.
