Caller ID says ENERGY SERVICE. Calls several times a day, but never leaves a message.

repeated calls to home phone # (unpublished) no one is ever there.... enough!!!

Calls every day and never leaves a message.  When I answer the call it disconnects within a few seconds.  It comes up on my phone as Scranton, PA.  I called the number back and its a recorded message telling me the number has been changed or disconnected.

Same - no answer, then a rapid busy signal followed by a hang-up.

Answered. Recording says "as a valued PPL customer, you are eligible for a discount program - press 1 to talk to an operator"
