Received voicemail from computer generated voice calling himself Fernando Rodriguez. Said I "may" have a lawsuit against me (note they did not say my name or anything else identifying who they were calling) and that "before this goes to the Federal Court or you get arrested by the Sheriff's Dept, you need to call Internal Revenue SERVICES" (note the extra "S" on the end) at 571-271-2029.
I am reporting to IRS aka Internal Revenue SERVICE as fraud aka impersonating a federal agent. What idiots!
Same as the rest of these messages. They just called and threatened to arrest me for tax fraud. I knew it was a scam when... They never used my name or mentioned a ID number.

Received the same call from Fernando. It's a recorded message claiming I'll be arrested if I don't answer. I know the IRS isn't going to send me a recorded message and not even use my name! SCAM!
