Just wanted to hear what they would say ... they asked for the last 12! of my card number. Like people don't know that the first 4 are limited and assigned. When I told them that I was actually intelligent, they hung up on me. Fantastic customer service! NOT.
Please do not give anyone that YOU didn't call any more than the last 4! In giving the last 12 you give them your whole number. Complete scammers!
Called my cell from this number. I was attempting to press 2 to be removed from the calling list when a man answered. I asked him to please remove me from the calling list. He said, "Don't you want to have lower interest rate on your credit card!?" I asked him which card was he referring to. He responded Chase. I let him know that I only have Capital One cards and to please remove me. He said and I quote, "No I will not remove you from our calling list. Change your number!" and hung up.
This number calls me at least once a week. Sometimes I answer and just leave my phone on my desk while I work, other times I ignore it completely. I listened once to the "lower my interest rates on my credit card" recording... jokes on them because I don't have credit cards.
