Just like you guys, I got this call several times at work and twice at home from 571 431 1988. I contacted customer support (877) 553 3108 several times to ask them to remove me from their list. They have not done it.
- This number belongs to the company call ONE TOUCH INDIA http://www.onetouchindia.com/
- They mainly target anyone with an Indian last name.
- I have called their customer support number several times but nothing has changed yet (877) 553 3108.
Is there a solution to this problem? Any advice is appreciated.
I just tried to have number removed (as of 3/24/08), I called the "800" number AND wrote an email letting them know I will report them to proper internet authorities in the event that it does not occur.
We'll see what happens...I'll update as necessary.
This "company" has been asked twice now to not call back. They now have left at least on message and made 3-4 more calls. I am counting this as my third time to ask them to stop calling and remove our names.
