Received call 12/11/08 ... caller ID says "Sweepstakes Pro" and to call "Jim Blue" back at a toll-free number. Has to be scam/telemarketer (which seems to be the same thing these days).

1/13/09, I got the same Sweepstakes Pro call with a message saying that I was the winner of a Ford SUV, that my name was pulled, (they never did say the name)and to call Joe Blue. BLA BLA BLA. I neverd called him back, they would proberly tell me they need a Credit Card # to verify that I am the real winner.
Mr. Jim 'Scummy' Blue called today saying I had won a contest. I told him to hold on while I let me family know. I left him hanging for 5min and then came back and he was quite upset with the wait but started asking for all kinds of personal info. I told him a big sob story about how I was just laid off and lost my car and how this was going to help thinking this guy would have a heart and jump off the line. Nope, not Jim, he has no soul and kept trying to collect personal information on me. When he asked for my DL number, I told him it was in my car and that I will be right back. I came back 3min later and this moron was still there. I then told him I couldn't read the writing and needed to get my reading glasses. I came back again about 4min later and he was so upset that he demanded that I give him my info. I asked him what color the car was and he said midnight blue. I told him I hate blue and hung up. Hey, the best revenge against a telemarketer is to keep them on the line with no score. They'll be out of work within a week. Try it, its fun.
