Basically the same as above. He doesn't identify himself. My message started with "illegal warrant" and he wants me to call back before they issue an arrest warrant.
I got a similar call today. Knows for sure it was a scam but am afraid some innocent, unsuspecting folks may fall for it. I am frustrated with the law enforcement here. With today's technology, why can't the law enforcement here track down these scumbags and put them behind bar?
