Rang twice then hung up on my cell...called the number back on a land line ...recorded msg stating..."Julie from Reward Redemptions calling" then states press a number and you will be able to speak to someone about registering for a rewards card to use at Wal-Mart and other locations...a scam no doubt!
Called me, I answered and they hung up.. I call back and they say it's a redemption rewards and that I won $100 online shopping and can use it at walmart, target, home depot, etc.... Getting calls like this I always know it's a scam but the woman I was speaking to made it sound believable (real person not a robot), until she told me there was a one time $4 fee and that they would need my credit card info, LMAO!! The woman was like "I already have the info right here it is a visa card I just need you to confirm it for security". I'm like you need my whole card number???? And she said yes and kept trying to convince me that it was not a scam and that the call was being recorded for quality assurance. I laughed at her and said yeah i'm gonna give my credit card info to a number calling me up saying I won $100. People are crazy
