That is the EXACT conversation I had with Donna Miles at Ext: 311 or 331. She couldn't tell me how much I loaned, from where, or on what date. When I asked for her to mail me the information, she didn't even want to take down my new address. In addition, she was very thrown off when I told her I had filed bankruptcy and asked why it didn't come up on that report. She stuttered around and I could hear her flipping pages. Then all of a sudden she had an important line to say. This is such a scam!
i have got the same call twice this week and once last week, after i was transferred the lady asked how she could help me, i told her you called me she then went on to say it was about a complaint against me and there was an attorney involved i started firing questions at her and she put me on hold to go get a hard copy of the compliant i held on for about 15 min and hung up. have no clue what this is all about
Received a msg. from Michelle Nelson, regarding a complaint against me and needed my attorney info. Called back and was transferred to Donna Miles, who claims I took out a loan in 2011 and then closed the account, not paying the loan back. 2 charges are going to be filed with the prosecutor in my state. Had all my information including the bank I use. Could not provide me with any information such as specific date, loan co. (national pay day,but was told they have many different loan co. under that company) amount etc. since it is all sealed in an evidence envelope ready to be mailed out. Stated I had been mailed the information and had not responded. Was also told it would be a conflict of interest for her to give me the info since it was being sent to litigation.
After putting me on hold,Offered me to settle it and close the case if I pay 1/3 down of $594.11 and $237.65 for 5 payments. THEN they will send me a release, but won't provide me any specifics until I have been transferred to the litigator after I give her the information for the first payment.
Went to my bank today to verify I didn't have any closed accounts or deposits in 2011.
