Basically had a call from this number and a woman said congratulations and she was from "publisher's winnings", started asking me what credit card I use the most and said visa users will receive 5 free magazine subscriptions for 60 months, the call quality was horrible and cracking, I wasn't even sure that I was speaking with a personal and that I wasn't hearing just a recording. The call terminated on the other end.
