Somebody called from this number and tried to say they were from the light company, and our service was about to be cut off, (all in Spanish), then I called them back and they told me they would be sending the police, the interpol, and the army and every other law enforcement agency to deal with us because we were "selling drugs", he had a heavy Puerto Rican accent, or Caribbean for that matter, what they wanted i don't know, but be careful, don't give them any information
It is a scam. I got a call from this number in Spanish, asking for payment of PSEG bill and threatening me with cancellation of service. I have an automatic payment set up. I called PSEG and I verified that the call it was not from them, but they said that they were not able to report or investigate any further. IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PAYMENT TO THESE GUYS!
Scam! They called saying my gas was about to be disconnected within 45mins and that their technician was on his way. They asked me to make a payment at walgreens cvs or 7/11. It is obvious they do not want to be caught or traced. I asked for a call back number and the name of the company and he froze and didnt know what to say. I checked online and many others reported it being a scam. Called my department of water and power and everything was good. So do not give them any information! !
Yo tambien he sido victima de robo de este mismo telefono. Me llamaron y me dijeron que en una hora hiban a cortar my electricidad si no pagaba. Me dijeron que la forma mas rapida para evitar ese corte era que yo tenia que comprar una tarjeta verde que venden en cualquier 7-eleven, y que pagara. Por favor no compren esa tarjeta para pagar nada. Lo que yo he podido averiguar es que el carrier de esa tarjeta es: YMAX COMMUNICSTION CORPORATION. de OKLAHOMA, condado de GARFIELD. Los que me llamaron eran Dominicanos, una mujer y un hombre. El me dijo que se llamaba Henry Pineda y que su numero de ID era: KM40. Claro que seguramente todo es mentira, pero voy a seguir investigando hasta dar con los culpables y meterlos en la carcel que bien merecido lo tienen. Unamonos para parar a estos ladrones.
