My parents received a call from these idiots (to say the least) today. I cannot remember the name the lady gave, but she was speaking in spanish. It sounded off to me, as I know my dad pays all utility bills as soon as he receives the statements. anyhow, I hung up and she called again. she stated their electricity bill would be cut off in an hour. I didn't give her enough time to try to get any info out of them or myself. I told her to f* off & hung up on her. These ppl are amateurs, first off they don't state their name or the company they're supposedly calling from. Utility companies will never give you a 'heads up' when they will be cutting off your services. Be careful, don't fall for it!
