Looks to me like a new way to annoy people unnecessarily. A year ago, these type of phone calls were rare. Now they are commonplace. I do not answer the phone if I don't recognize the number...kind of like the deal with spam...don't ever respond and maybe they will go away. They never leave a message, and after a couple weeks, they stop calling. I just don't get the point of these kind of calls. The FCC must be busy with more important things, as they don't seem to be on the ball with this. Sure wish there was a service like Spamcop for phones.
