Same-same here. It would make more sense to me if all numbers were private to start with, then have an opt-in "list" to receive 'spam calls'. Not the "opt-out" method that it currently is!! Our legislators seem to forget that they serve at the pleasure of the people at the exact same moment that they are elected! They all need to be fired and replaced!! In my humble opinion of course.
