Who called from 5862000157

This person keeps calling and I refuse to answer. Thank God for caller ID. ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What has happened to DO NOT CALL?

As soon as I answer I hear a beep. After a few seconds the phone goes dead.  I called back the number & got a recording saying:  "the number you have dialed is not in service at this time.  V1005. All circuits are busy now.  Please try your call again later. Due to network difficulties your call cannot be completed at this time.  Please try your call again later. "

586-200-0157:  Called twice today.  Late afternoon and early evening.

First time- picked up phone, "beep" and they hung up.

Second time- let it ring and they left no message.

"Roseville, MI" on caller ID.

I got a call twice last nite from them at about 9 pm.  No body there then I would get  a beep.  Aggravating isn't the word..  Should be illegal!

Receive at least 4 calls a day. Starting on 9/7/2014. Never leave a message. Always a beep after my machine picks up.
