It's a guy in a beat up Chevy Lumina that drives around and delivers summons from the court to sue you.

I received the exact letter a few minutes ago. there was a small silver compact car waiting across the street. Seemed like he was waiting for me to except the letter, or perhaps checking to see if anyone was home!

Refuses to give last name, Law Office name, company name. Keeps calling and bothering me and my family
