them to check into procedures. learn how to talk to people also just do not call and say nothing.

CI said "unavailable" so an obvious scammer. With the new call blocker I just got I can block a name not just a number. So I block the names "unavailable" and "out of area". Now 90+% of the scam calls get blocked. The way it was with the old blocker, I could only block by number. The scammer were spoofing a new number everyday so I could never get ahead of them..
