Answered the phone, found out she was offering lower interest rate. She had a strong accent. I told her she had no right to call that I was on a no call list (big joke). She told me she also had rights. I replied that she was definitely not a non profit and that I had the number and can report her. She then hung up on me. Beware.

Caller ID on phone said "Invalid Number". I let the call go to voice mail (didn't pick up). Caller was male, said "hello" - sounded foreign, and I heard other voices in the background, then he hung up.
