The number came in as 'invalid number' the phone number was weird 11-586-649-2139, not a typo, starts with two 1's. Anyway, I refuse to answer unknown numbers, if it's important they'll leave a message. MESSAGE LEFT was a lot of weird moaning then it hung up. Well alrighty then!
11 586 649 2139 as "invalid number". Male with accent asked if I was XX, and I said yes, then NO! (remembering about the scam to record you saying Yes). I said I was on the do not call list, and he kept asking, "so, you want to be on the do not call list?". I kept telling him I didn't understand his question, (on purpose) until he hung up. Beware!
