Who called from 5866970902

Just got one today...called it back..didn't say a company name but put me on hold and then disconnected.

This number called me today. When answered, they don't say a word and hang up.  What a bunch of losers.  How is this allowed?  How is this legal?

called.  we answered.  no response then they hung up.

Called twice within a few hours. Answered the 2nd time, they asked for me by name, when i asked who was calling the line went dead.  First time no message left on voicemail...Losers
