No one ever answers on the other end. Keeps calling back. no messages

Calls daily, goes to voicemail, leaves an empty 9 second 'message'.

Called left no message.  It's most likely a scammer!

Recording asks tons of questions to give you 'free' stuff and gift cards.

Same thing happened to me 5 minutes ago. But I hung up right after she said this is being recorded.
