How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

don't know who it is - won't answer the phone - don't want these calls

Called my cell phone - interrupted a call.  A woman named Barbara something wanted to talk to me about medicare issues.  I told her that i was not interested and did not want to talk to her.  I disconnected without any further opportunity for her to speak.

never leaves a message just hangs up
