Someone at this numbers is calling my cell phone asking for another person.  I do not know who this number belongs to.

it is a medical collections agency

I have been receiving a collection call from this number for the past 9 months.  I am not the person they refer to, nor do I know the person they refer to.  One of the options the recording gives you is, press "3" if this is not the correct person. I pressed "3".  They call several times a week and I continually have pressed the "3" as instructed.  They still call.  I started ignoring the call.  They started calling every half hour last week, until I pressed "3".  HELP!!!!!!
